Position overview: We are seeking an Atlanta based Account Executive who is excited about the opportunity to work with a high growth company that is positioned to dominate a relatively untapped market. This role will be a combination of work from the office (Alpharetta, GA) and work from home. Responsibilities and Duties: ● Connect with dental practices across your territory to introduce our products and services, leveraging both inbound leads and outbound email and phone campaigns. ● Manage a full-lifecycle sales process for opportunities in the region: Qualify leads, demonstrate our product, work with prospective customers to determine next steps, and follow up with stakeholders to help them bring Flex Dental to their practices. ● Effectively manage a high sales volume over phone/email ● Meet and exceed targets for setting appointments/demos, leading to closed business targets. ● Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions in our market ● Utilize a “solution sales” model that incorporates a highly consultative approach tailored to listen, understand, and solve the pain points for that dental practice. This includes translating the offering into its true value proposition for them, as well as return-on-investment (ROI), to close business. ● Use Salesforce to update prospect demographic data and to track sales opportunities and activities, ensuring data integrity and allowing our team to work collaboratively. ● Be an expert in Flex Dental’s software, services, and partners Qualifications and Skills: ● 3+ Software Outside Sales Experience or 3-5 years Dental Practice Experience ○ Experience in Dental Software Sales preferred ● Software Sales Experience: consistently at or above quota ● Dental Practice Experience: strong knowledge of patient engagement tools usage preferred ● Familiarity/Usage of Open Dental strongly preferred ● Familiarity/Usage of Flex Dental or similar products preferred ● Ability to perform product demonstrations, and maintain an effective demonstration environment ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Excellent time management and prioritization abilities ● A fast learner We look for the following core competencies in everyone we hire at Flex Dental: ● Analytical Ability – effectiveness in analyzing situations and identifying key issues. ● Planning and execution – monitor progress and take action when necessary to rectify situations / meet deadlines. ● Proactive – taking responsibility for making things happen. ● Social Magnetism – taking actions, which show awareness of one’s own impact on others. ● Teamwork – collaborating with and promoting collaboration between different parts of the business. ● Adaptability – stability of performance under uncertainty and pressure. ● Communication & influence – using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to influence others positively to obtain agreement between different interests. Location: Atlanta, GA (Our office is in Alpharetta). The Sales Account Executive will be required to follow the company policy for working in the company facility. Currently, all employees work from home on Fridays. We anticipate the Marketing Director will typically work from the office 3-4 days per week, with a degree of flexibility. Travel Requirements: The Sales Account Executive role will require infrequent periodic travel, as required to attend industry trade shows.
